Making Reservation and Payments
Your reservation is done, if rental contract and initial deposit are received prior to Arrival.
Payments in CASH/ Check / Money Order/ Casier Check or
deposit to bank account.

Cancellations
50% refunds of the payment we take for cancellations.
To protect against cancellation caused by unforeseen event,
such as illness, strikes, weather, acts of GOD, etc.,
we recomment you purchase Trip Insurance to insure a refund of your
payment.

Security Deposit
A credit card with signature on file will be kept for any open balances or adjustments during you stay. Excessive cleaning incuding upholstery,
breakage, soiling or damage to the interior or exterior caused by the renter. You are required toleave the unit as you received it.
